Butterfly and Moth Jigsaw Puzzles
This collection brings together butterflies and moths, from backyard gardens to the rainforest. Three collections group the most requested subjects:
- monarch butterfly puzzles: the milkweed, the goldenrod, the Oyamel forest in Mexico.
- butterfly garden puzzles: a cottage path, a zinnia patch, a garden fountain.
- moth puzzles: luna, atlas, rosy maple and hawk moths.
The other scenes feature a single species or many at once: painted ladies on the thistle, a swallowtail on summer lilac, blue morphos in the rainforest, a field guide to the butterflies of North America, a vintage botanical plate and the Ninety Nine Butterflies collage.
Which Piece Count? A butterfly's wings mirror each other, so many pieces look alike. 500 pieces keeps a single species relaxed; 1000 makes the collage and field guide a real challenge.
Formats and Quality. Choose 100, 200, 500 or 1000 pieces: 18.9 x 13.4 in up to 500 pieces, 26.8 x 18.9 in at 1000. Pieces are 1.9 mm thick and die-cut so that no piece fits in the wrong place. The image is printed by sublimation, every puzzle is made on demand, and we replace any missing piece free of charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a butterfly and a moth?
Most butterflies fly by day and have thin antennae ending in a club; most moths fly at night and have feathery or tapered antennae. At rest, butterflies usually fold their wings upright, while moths hold them flat.
Which butterflies can I find here?
Monarchs, painted ladies, swallowtails and blue morphos, plus luna, atlas, rosy maple and hawk moths.
Is a butterfly puzzle a good gift for a gardener?
Yes. The butterfly garden collection shows zinnias and a butterfly bush, and the monarch scenes include milkweed and goldenrod.
